Obtain Agenda
An agenda obtained from the auditor should provide information about:
- Dates and times for the audit
- Scope of the audit
- Relative time allotted to each audit topic
The auditor may request that the vendor add names of lead Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to topics listed in the agenda. These SMEs should be available to be interviewed regarding their topic.
